this thing takes a note with a frequency calculated from a MIDI note
divides the octaves (divider)
and adds or subtracts the count of this divided frequencyparts (counts) to the original 
it is played as MIDI mono synth using a diable waveform (sine, saw in 2 flavors and triangle)

select any MIDI Note 
divider to 12
play it like a usual synth

drag the divider and listen, a MIDI note like the dialed one will by constant, but the
ones deeper or higher will deviat from the familiar distances
